The Tower of Hanoi is a classic mathematical game that presents an intriguing puzzle to players. It involves three rods and several disks of varying sizes that can be moved between the rods. The challenge commences with the disks neatly arranged in ascending order on one rod, forming a conical shape with the smallest disk at the top.

The primary goal of the puzzle is to transfer the complete stack of disks to the designated red rod, adhering to specific regulations:

1. Only one disk is allowed to be relocated at a time.
2. Each move encompasses lifting the uppermost disk from one rod and placing it onto another rod atop any existing disks on that rod.
3. No disk can be positioned above a smaller disk.
